Where Do I Sign an Oregon Title?
Sign on the back of the title in the center “reassignment” section where it is marked “Signature”.
Note: This state the title can be confusing, but the front section is for a security interest (or lien holder) ONLY. If the owner signs this section of the title, they will void their title.
Can I Sell a Car in Oregon Without a Title?
Oregon requires a title to sell a vehicle. If your title is lost, a duplicate title can be obtained from the DMV.
